MobiPro-EU

Finding future talent is an ongoing challenge for the construction sector. That's why we have been exploring recruiting opportunities in Europe and developing countries since 2013. We have been giving young people from other European countries the opportunity to train in Germany using the "MobiPro"educational program. As an inter-desciplinary training center, we supported these young talents (mainly from Bulgaria and Spain), for example, with housing. We have guest houses in the cities of Erfurt and Weimar, where our expert staff is always on hand to answer any questions, help solve problems and liaison with various governmental authorities.

All trainees who have successfully completed their training so far, have been given permanent employment.

Erasmus+

The “Erasmus +” funding program supports the objectives of the “Europe2020” strategy. This program is designed to enhance key competences, improve training of teachers and ultimately reduce drop out rates. Under this program we provide 2-to-3-week internships in the construction industry. Participants are housed in our modern guest houses in the cities of Erfurt and Weimar, which are permanently staffed.
